The careless staff caused for this incident had shown that the weaknesses of staff attentiveness towards visitors. The staff attentiveness in operation of theme park is a main factor that determine tourist re-visiting the theme park. Poor trained and unskilled management and staff is a problem in the operation of theme park; Management and staff were often unqualified or lacked of experiences and training in running a theme park may become weaknesses in the operation (Deng, X, 2011). A good example in Disneyland’s staff training with the four service standards “SCSE strategy” could increase loyalty of tourists. Safety: Safety in theme parks is the most basic factor that determines if a customer will return. Disneyland has always taken an extraordinary measure and much of staff cares to ensure the safety of customers. Courtesy: The courtesy of the employee is the reason the customer will visit again. Guest and visitors is not only coming for the attractions, but there is a communication and relationship built between the customer and employee in repeating business.
