Excitement lead me to be earlier than expected in the office of my event planner. “Let’s get this party started” I remembered him saying. We sat and delight ourselves with the presentation his team had prepared for us, creativity at its best. The invitation designs, the furnitures, the food and beverage catering, the whole party as a design was a fantasy that lead me to the whole college major issue. I felt enjoyment and pleasure during the planification of my “quinceañera” and it made me think in my passion’s bubble. Ever since, my life have been involved in the planning world. I went from organizing my quinceañera to school racers, fundraisers and concerts. It was enough for me to realize that I wanted to be the person who makes the client’s chaos into a design.
The idea of becoming an event planner made me anxious and curious about how that world

It was when I started searching for universities that could make my dream come true. I ended up with Les Roches being my first option because of their way of teaching and inculcating the program into the student life. I fall in love with the idea of having the opportunity of working for such unimagine teams as Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Mandarin Oriental, The Ritz-Carlton and Disney. Being a Les Roches student could open me the big door to my dreams by working with such prosperous and stunning teams.
It was exciting finding what I wanted to do the rest of my life. Being the first member in my family to study Hospitality Management flattered me and motivated me to apply in Les Roches. I recalled the moment when all this passion started, how from being a client I would now have the possibility of being the planner. How traveling, understanding the basics of gastronomy and pastry, having the experience of be in other people's shoes could merge to make me become the ideal hospitality manager that all the organizations working with Les Roches
