Racism and class difference, once a tiny plant but now a fully grown tree rooted deeply, is hurting the whole world. For ages it’s been watered for the fruit it gives, identity. The question arises is the fruit worth damaging the world or should this tree of inequality be cut down.
Groups are socially defined & treated unequally. Education in the classrooms should be totally unbiased and equal for all without inculcating in any student 's mind even the notion of any person being better than the other or superior to other especially when it comes to financial gains or materialistic terms for the soul purpose of education is to impart wisdom and the ability to think. If the students are taught to think in a certain way then the use of education is next to nothing.
Race and class, when gauged in the scale of identity it is weighed down by the damage it causes to the minorities. Amongst the poor, access to education is a problem because of social inequality and racial discrimination. Children cannot help or decide if they come from a poor family or a different ethnic background.
