Lozano-Hemmer creates interactive, public art installation, in which participants can both “observe and be observed.” He sees art as a powerful social tool, with an obligation to speak truth to power.

The viewers become the “content ” of his artwork by being captured by his cameras of projectors.(by Melissa Chipman) Rafael Lozano-Hemmer also states that “Art is not about Communication; its about Communion”. He sees participate between the artists and participators as the most important part in his artworks. Only by this way interesting and meanful work can be created.
Measuring the Universe is another installation created by the Slovak artist Roman Ondák, which was first exhibited in Munich in 2007. This installation provides a blank white wall. They ask the viewers go inside the exhibition room and the museum guards mark visitors' height along with their name and the current date. Now it is a collection in the Tate Modern Gallery in London. It is clear that the viewers are not only viewers anymore. They need to participate in the artwork, which artists provide and lead the participators to finish the artwork together and then artwork can be done.
