“Calcium is a metal, a bright shiny metal like all other metals. Calcium is not the white powdery substance most people believe.” Calcium is found in our body very abundantly and it is very important mineral, but its absorption, assimilation and utilization is very difficult in the cell. It is present in the bones as a main component and bones are rigid and hard due to it. We can get it from milk. Bones receives calcium and fills up with it at the age of 21 years.
