At the beginning, I had almost no idea about this one, because I had never seen it or heard of it before. It seemed a completely new challenge in front of me, which forced me to study a series of new concepts like rhetorical devices. I think they are quite helpful because they can not only be used in rhetorical analysis, but also in many other aspects, for instance, oral presentations. Related to the personality I took before, it said that I had a low level of extraversion. Indeed, I think I am an introvert person. I enjoyed time alone and thinking alone. Moreover, I insisted on listening to news every day, which also helped to develop my critical thinking. As for organization, I always followed my teacher’s instruction, so it was not too difficult to make a clear outline. Referring to weaknesses, I think my weaknesses are applying complex sentence structure and vocabulary. Since I used simple clauses too often, it was hard to make progress by just writing as much as possible. Therefore, I intended to read more long sentences, and analyze their structure deeply.
