After all, for lunch I have to learn how to eat the leftovers from yesterday. I will have ½ of the chicken breast, my leftover shredded lettuce, but this time I will add shredded cheese to top the lettuce, I will be drinking water. For the evening meal, I’m making macaroni & cheese I will use a cup of milk, and a slice of cheese, including the powdered cheese. Although I still have a few items left. For breakfast, today I will have oatmeal. I barely have any milk left so I will add half water, and half milk. I will also use a spoon of peanut butter to give it a better taste. I still have some lettuce, it doesn’t look as bad, I have 2 pieces of ham, and a slice of cheese I will be making more likely a salad. I slice my ham in squares. My lettuce is already chopped, finally I will shred cheese, and I will finally eat. Today for dinner I’m much hungrier.
