My chosen sport for my analysis is Rugby, my strength is based in the front row, but particularly when I play as loosehead prop. However, I have been in a number of positions since I have been playing for a number of years in school rugby such as the colts A but also at my club. In the modern day for scrummaging you need explosive strength which means to put maximal power in your muscles against the opposing weight e.g. The opposite team and static strength which is key as the weight of the opposition is likely to be similar to your own weight leaving you with static strength as you are still but with pressure on your muscles both are used in your abdominals, deltoids and hamstrings.

Finally step four while the player is disorientated run as fast as possible in the other direction.

To improve on my skill would be to practise the rugby pass over a prolonged period of time and under pressure such as a two on one, this technique of practise, I pass as soon as the player is interested in me, meaning I will be under half a second of pressure consequently improving the abductive movement of a pass, I would pass the ball as swift as possible and as accurately as
