1. Belief
It means a lot when you know someone believes in you. After trying and failing to break an addiction, it is easy to lose faith and belief in yourself. No matter what challenge a person faces, putting 'mind over matter' is the key to finding success. When a person's mind is warped with the belief that they're unable to achieve a goal, that belief will become a reality. Until a person can believe in himself, it is very helpful to have people who are supportive and believe in them.
