Boys wore a brown shirt, black pants, black scarf and a special insignia that was sown to their sleeve . They attended camp deutschland jungvolk until they were thirteen and then they would attend another camp called Hitler jungvolk, both camps were harsh. The purpose of these camps was to prepare her for any obstacles in the war and help them in situations. They had a routine of roll calls paramilitary field exercises, hikes, marches, recitation of nazi slogans and propaganda, they had to sing Hitler youth songs and nazi anthems. They didn't do school work and had to obey all orders conditions.They were isolated in the camps and were kept from having a normal life. Any weakness they had was despised and had to be eliminated. The youngest and most vulnerable boys were bullied, humiliated, made to suffer and repeatedly sexuality abused.
