I am writing to express my interest in applying for the Resident Adviser position here at Ohio University. Through my experience as a first‐year student in Pickering Hall, I have gained much knowledge from the programming provided by my current resident advisers. I strongly believe that I have the perfect personality, and qualified skills for the position. For most of my life, I’ve always been acknowledged for my strong leadership qualities, and friendly personality. To be a resident adviser, one must be a role model and able to give guidance.
