Rhett James McLaughlin Was born on October 11, 1977, Rhett was the second child after his brother, meanwhile Charles Lincoln "Link" Neal III was born at the first of June 1978 as a lonely child . They met each other on the first day of first grade, and they decided to right "naughty" words on their desks such as the word "fart". That led them to detention. In detention they were forced to color pictures of mythical animals which were the inspiration for their shows names nowadays. They have studied together all throughout school and college both graduation with a degree in engineering.
