If Rio Tinto was able to disclose all of their payments the public would be able to access the information and see whether or not Rio Tinto was making secret payments. When the public is ensured that no corruption is evident in Rio Tinto, only then can their image be restored. Subsequently, Rio Tinto must become more transparent to their own workers in order to solve their problem with invasions of privacy. The major problem with the installation of cameras at worksites is that the workers never signed off their right of privacy.
