Women usually stay at home and keep the house clean, cook and take care of their children. I think that in a Russian household men don’t really want their wives to work. They want to prove that they are able to be the head of the house and willing to take it on. If a women ever does offer her husband help by getting a job, they don’t want to listen to their offerings. Russian men in my opinion are stubborn and stuck up in some ways. Russian women’s major goal is to get married to a good man and have children. Men usually want to have a good paying job, so that when they do get married they would be able to support their families. Like any parent we may know they want their children to get a good education and get somewhere in life. I think that it does differ though from our elementary, middle and high schools. They may be teaching their students similar material but in different ways and with different techniques. School is very important for everyone around the world. Education comes first. I think that Russia has great universities where any student willing to go can get a great education and then a good paying job.
The government in Russia as of today differs from what it was like during the Soviet Union times.
