There’s only one non aggressive shark and that is the Carcharias taurus( aka Eugomphodus taurus) ,or in simpler words the Sand Tiger Shark(aka STS). Sand Tiger sharks are often seen near shorelines and in aquariums. Sand tiger sharks get their name because they live near shore lines, and they have big appetites like tigers. Sand Tiger Sharks have sharp teeth that you can see when its mouth is closed because its teeth point out from their jaws. Some people find the shark’s appearance frightening. However Sand Tiger sharks are calm docile sharks. They only get angry when Scuba divers/people get too close to it. Sand Tiger sharks do not pose a threat to humans. “Their mouths are not big enough to cause a human fatality”. (Wikipedia).
