Saruman & Co. is an investigative private eye agency. Our organization supports 72 jobs, that offer investigators who carry on investigations to find information on behalf of clients who pay others to do so. Our mission is to help people with their issues that they cannot handle themselves. These can include helping clients with things such as: background checks, divorce, fraud, finding missing people, child custody, surveillance, and unpublicized research. Here at Saruman & Co. we strive to accomplish the impossible for others. We want to provide answers for those who can't get them on their own.

These apply to our planning process by when the investigator first establishing the quality of customer service that will be given. Presenting how we will also protect our customers will be another one of our leading qualities of our planning process. For our company quality we want to ensure that our customers are aware of our efforts that we put into our cases, of how we do a equal input and output effort with the customer. We attempt to press toward flawless product quality. Productivity would reflect in our planning process by how well we go about planning out and resolving our cases. Some cases will be very complex and other will be less intense, but however we will go about resolving the case within a time period. Our company will provide an effective plan to resolve cases or money back guarantee. The profitability within the company is expected to be highly profitable. This is based off of all the other elements that reflect off of our planning process. Private Contractors Division – Takes part in all interactions between private contractors and the corporation
Technical Operations Division – Maintains all technologically based operations, works as IT
This can be shown in the figure below.

This shows the positions within the company and the roles that people have. It also shows the levels of management and responsibility. The higher the levels the longer the experience is that is contained. The lower the levels the less of responsibility people will have. Within the lower level positions, after certain amount of time employees with expect promotions leading to an area of promotions and placement to be needed. A staffing department is what will be needed for the first level of our planning
