Semi-structured interviewing is guided only in the sense that some form of interview guide, such as the matrix described below is prepared beforehand, and provides a framework for the interview. The majority of questions are created during the interview, allowing both the interviewer and the person being interviewed the flexibility to probe for details or discuss issues. Less intrusive to those being interviewed as the semi-structured interview encourages two-way communication. Those being interviewed can ask questions of the interviewer. Confirms what is already known but also provides the opportunity for learning. Often the information obtained from semi-structured interviews will provide not just answers, but the reasons for the answers. Interviewers can conduct a number of practice interviews with each other and/or with a few community members, to become familiar with the questions, and get feedback on their two-way communication skills.

The interview began at home, especially in the dining room. The environment there was very quiet and suitable that making the interview without any tension, there was no one else in the place except me and her, which enables her to speak comfortably and tranquility. We set opposite each other, which gave greater scope for understanding and talk in friendly way. I began to introduce myself, what is my name, where I study, what is my specialty and what is the purpose of this interview. Then explain to her what this assessment, what mean of categories: "extremely important", "important", 'somewhat important", "no important" and "not so important". (Baron et al., 2006). how helps to discover the issues on occupational competence or performance of the person, and how the test to perceive what is essential to you, how would you believe you're doing with every action in everyday and after that we will make goals for
