The true story of Anne frank Affected me in many ways. The story of Anne for me was a story of happiness, depression, fear and Love. The story was also very sad especially at the end of the When the whole family dies except for Mr.Frank. This story was also very sad because of the setting and because what was going on during that time period. When Hitler was trying to find and kill all of the Jews to make his perfect race, and all of the jews had to hide and fear for their own lives every single day. My reaction to the setting and what was going on is Mad, I feel that I do not feel in anyway that Hitler was doing the right thing, he was Killing all of the Jews so he could have a perfect race of blond hair blue eyes. Hitler was not blonde hair blue eyes so he was not part of the race. I do not think that having only one race would help this world at all.

This story had many parts of happiness even though they were hiding for their lives.
It also had many depressing and sad moments. One of the most depressing moments wa when Anne had to leave Peter when they were caught by the soldiers. I feel this situation would be hard for anyone to handle. Parts that showed happiness to me were the relationship that Peter had With Anne , I would feel so happy to have somebody understand me since nobody understood here like Peter did. Anne’s diary begins on her thirteenth birthday, June 12, 1942, and ends shortly after her fifteenth. In literature, a complex character is a person comprised of a variety of traits and different sides to their personality. Anne Frank is an excellent example of a complex character. Throughout the play version of “The Diary of Anne Frank,” Anne, although lively, talkative, stubborn, intelligent, and optimistic, also expresses seriousness, sensitivity, and maturity beyond her years. She possesses a tendency to quickly change her behavior, as stated in the stage directions. “She is thirteen, quick in her movements, interested in everything, mercurial in her emotions.”…

The different perspectives in Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl informed my own understanding about injustice by commenting on the courage and strength of people during difficult situations, identifying the horrible acts that occurred during the Holocaust, and detailing the similarities between the lives of those who died and today’s individuals. Anne, her family, and the van Daans lived in constant fear of being discovered but found strength in each other. In this instance, Anne wrote, “I could go on for hours about all the…

The title of my first reading response was “Trying to Find Joy in Reading.” I believe this was an appropriate title to describe how I walked into this class, and still in some ways how I’m walking out of it. My attitudes have changed slightly after taking this class, but I’m still not someone who would probably sit down and read a book in my free time. I’m more of an active and outdoors type of person, than someone who enjoys reading.…
