Should Men And Women Get Paid?

The majority of the men population, say “Women aren’t as smart as men” or Women don’t need equal rights” and “ Women shouldn’t get paid as much as men”. Do you think this is right? Is this fair to women? If you were a woman being told these things what would you do? How would you react?
I understand that men can be smarter, but women can be just as smart or even smarter. Men wouldn’t know this because they don’t give women a chance to show what type of skills they have. Over the last 100 years we had both men and women take an IQ test. Scores Comparing the scores between men and women, women scores were higher than men.Indicated that women have excelled in knowledge faster than men.
I can also conclude that men feel that women shouldn’t have equal rights or that they already have the same rights as men. As a well known fact for women and some men, men have the right not to be discriminated against in a workplace, but women DON’T. An example would be women in a workplace with men. Women start to excel in their work and men start to feel threatened, so instead of attempting to work harder they get paid more. This is wrong because women are doing the same work as men if not more work and still not getting paid nearly as much. Men are underestimating women just because they are female. What if men were being discriminated against? How do you think the male population would react? They would do anything in their power to make them just as equal as women. Take the U.S National Soccer Teams. Both teams are great at playing the game, but women happen to have more success than the men. In result of this, you would think that women are getting paid more than the men but they aren’t. The men are ranked 13th in the world according to FIFA and the women are ranked number 1 but still getting paid
