A long and resonating horn filled the still air; an eighteen-wheeler was approaching their vehicle at full speed. Raven could not comprehend the bright lights that were headed his way. A moment too late, he swerved the car to the right and sideswiped the truck. Raven continued jerking the wheel and slamming on the brakes, struggling to gain control until his car flipped over and went tumbling, landing upside-down in a ditch. The sound of tin being crumpled and ripped apart, and breaks screeching echoed in the empty night sky as the truck driver came to a stop. When Raven regained consciousness, he was surrounded by lights flashing red and blue, sounds of EMTs, police officers, and faintly he made out the sound of his mom and dad, concern laced all of their voices. His only thought was “Sally”. When he looked over, Sally was already on a stretcher, being wheeled into an ambulance in critical condition. Raven however, only maintained a few minor bruises and cuts. He was booked at the county jail for underage drinking, driving while under the influence, drug possession, and speeding. After few days of constant haranguing and finding nothing, Principal Pat-rik finds a locked iPhone in his mailbox that may contain pictures of the night. It was the same phone that Sally used to record her night with the vast amount of people she met, two in particular, Enock and Jenni, sought to get rid of any evidence that could link their schoolmates, but mainly them, to the night in question. With the help of some devious and slick friends, Enock and Jenni create a diversion with Principal Pat-rik, allowing the friends to pick the many locks of the room and the drawers, find the phone, eradicate all suspicious evidence, plant false information, replace everything, and jet down the hallway. (For some, awfully convenient and not at all staged, reason, the school thinks super highly of its student body and staff, so there are no cameras in the
