Improvements for Facebook Networking

In this written essay a vast evaluation is done of using social media in today’s society; this study is carried out taking many sources in to consideration. Social media was introduced in 1997 by a website called, “Six Degrees” which it enabled its uses to upload a profile and make friends with other users. “When Facebook 's team encounters anything suggesting a terror attack or imminent harm, the company reaches out to law enforcement, “(Jaikumar, Google, Twitter, Facebook Sued for Giving Material Support to ISIS). Further in the article it was explained that the lawsuit was against suing the top Social Media companies in spew extremist propaganda by them. This can be a national and a world threat as they take advantage of the network to organize and structure them self for mass destruction. As once these threats are reported to the team and take note that the red flag that was raised is positive to be activities of some sort of terrorist organization`s communication channel; extracted repots of the individuals who are linked to the flagged profile must be forwarded to the enforcements in order to track down the roots of these terrorists. With a view to eliminate such treats from Facebook it is recommended that, Facebook`s administration should work with and provide administrative access to enforcements and intelligence agencies such as Diplomatic Security Service, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Canadian Forces National Investigation Service etc. These organisations have exceled their expertise over the years to counter strike terrorism and other illegal activities, by collaborating with such experts it would be much easier even for them to win the battle against extremism. It is important that we have control of the technological improvements and electronic wonders that mankind have created; with the right intentions the advancements must and should be used for the betterment of mankind itself.
