I want to fit in among those members who have extended me an invite and I want to continue to understand and build a cooperative partnership. Further, I want to remain just, so that I can continue to connect myself in Ohio Agricultural and build a stronger foundation for career success. On the contrary, I want to present myself in a fair and balanced manner and work for the greater good of the organization. I have no intuition to degrade others for the simple sake of doing so. I am certain that my boss and fellow trustees who gather see very little unethical behavior in their words and actions. A system of doing favors for people we know and value regardless of qualifications or need. In this instance, it has awarded scholarship money to recipients who unsuccessfully completed the basic requirements of the program. Worse yet, it has granted event contracts of substantial value to venues owned or operated by the same members who gather during secondary recap meetings. This therefore impacts our evaluation and decision making process when those in power give resources to members of their in-group. It consequently creates a favorable bias to those elected to hold up a more ethical practice in business
