SFT is a type of therapy that focuses on solution-building with the client, instead of discussing problems like other forms of therapies do. First of all, the way one thinks, they need to remain positive. Just like in SFT, positive thinking is the key to reaching ones’ goal to resolve their issues. Second, one needs to surround themselves with encouraging people, positive environment and learn to explore the hopeful things that are among us. One needs to accept things in their live that they cannot change. There may be things that happen in our lives that we cannot change, but our attitude can make a difference. Third, while we work and raise a family, we need to learn to balance success and play. We need to live with pleasure and harmony while enjoying the precious times that we have with family.
