A smoothie a day is a delicious way of adopting healthy eating habits. At least with the recipes we've chosen for you. We tried them all and can assure you – these are a delight in your day. Feel good about yourself.
Make a smoothie with fruits or veggies. Have it for breakfast or dinner. Before or after workout. At home or as take-away. Make it with family or friends. Enjoy the excitement. Feel the change. This is the new you.

I started to feel change. I got energy from fresh food instead of coffee, chocolate and Red Bull. I now drink three smoothies a day and so does my family. My kids love it, by the way.

Don't get me wrong. It's not a health freak who eats grass for breakfast. I do eat pizza once in a while and love it as much as you guys do. But one day my body said:
„Sven, you need to change your diet. Now.“
I had some health issues and choosing a healthy diet was my only option. So I started experimenting with smoothies and superfoods and that's when Teet found me with my berries on a kitchen counter.
I had started to realise that my health and wellbeing depend on these small and seemingly unimportant daily choices. Habits are what make out life quality and us their slaves.
A year later we had created out first superfood blends and mixed them with the best matching smoothies. This is probably the best this I have ever done to my body.
So now we have a mission: we want everyone to feel good about themselves. Yes, you too.
Each smoothie drinker inspires us. To do more, to do better. We hope to continue this amazing journey together with you. Throught the joys of a new life filled with
