I’m not currently working while I’m in school and my daughter is still young so I chose the last job I had for this project which while stressful was the most rewarding job I’ve ever had. I volunteered as Family Readiness Group (FRG) Leader for my husband’s unit. Though it was a volunteer job, it came with a lot of responsibilities, especially when the unit deployed to Afghanistan for a year. I was in charge of running monthly meetings where we would discuss different events, update spouse’s information files, and come up with ideas for fundraisers and ways to bring some much needed smiles to our soldiers who were deployed.
