Since the most common religion in the United States is Christian, which caused many people to have opinions on the LGBT people. The Bible stated that homosexuals should not exist in the world. People also complain about the society, which brought their children into the world of gays or lesbians by the usage of television, internet, music, etc. However, LGBT people didn’t choose to be a part of the group. People don’t have any evidence that proves the fact that the usage of media could spread informations that could make someone gay, or lesbian. Lastly, according to an article on HRC, “What the Bible says about homosexuality?”, the former United Methodist pastor Mr.Creech answered this question. Both of the groups were not receiving respects from others, and they didn’t gain their rights, but they were working hard to fight for their rights. And this is an example indicates that fate could be changed if someone fight hard for it. It’s impressive that today’s society is willing to accept new ideas from the twenty-first century, and respect them based on the basic human rights. And I believe people shouldn’t gain any tags that associates with their skin colors, or sexual orientations.
