To assess the client outcome there is good evidence from measuring the psychophysiological changes in the client that reflect the client’s emotional changes during counseling (Rantanen & Soini, 2013). It seems that many times client’s problems are connected to withdrawal behavior and the incapacity to seeing the possibilities for action (Rantanen & Soini 2013).
