However, in order to fully incorporate such interactive marketing techniques into the current IFG website, first of all requires a proper planning structure that could help guiding the organization (McKeen & Smith, 2012).
Therefore, before making any concrete investments towards innovative marketing strategies, it is essential to create a detailed list often referred as the guiding principles that can provide proper direction to the social media initiative (McKeen & Smith, 2012).
