Teens Should Be 18 Years Old To Drive

Teens shouldn't wait to be 18 years old to drive a motor vehicle. To drive at the age of 16 years old is a growing up experience, to try new things, and why should your age determine if your dangerous or not? Also it's a privilege to drive at any age. To drive at an age of 16 years old is a good thing because teens are learning and growing. Why should we take teens learning involvement to try new things? Vehicle crashes kill more than 5,000 teenagers every year. There is an average of 3,287 car crashes daily. In the state of Idaho kids that are 14 1/2 years old can get a driver's permit and get their driver's license at the age of 15 years old. If, the age of 16 years old is too dangerous then why would the state of Idaho would decrease the age limit to 15 years old to have their driver's license? Researchers say delaying will be better and safer. They say at the age of 16 years old teens don't have their brain carefully developed at the time. The age of when the brain is fully developed is around mid 20's, so waiting to the age of 17-18 years old still wouldn't be developed. Studies show that it isn't age its experiences.
