I love that you mentioned the Ten Commandments, they fit in perfectly with our discussion this week. Great points! As Summers and Summers (2012) discussed, following the commandments of loving our God and neighbor prevents us from falling into unethical and negative situations. The importance of love is emphasized so many time in the Bible like in 1 Corinthians 13 where verse 13 states that “the greatest of these is love” and in 1 Peter 4:18 when believers are told to love each other deeply above all because it covers a multitude of sins, to name a couple verses.
Summers and Summers (2012) also mention that even when a person starts off with the best intentions, he or she may fall prey to serving a master that is not God, so it is important
