6) The Great Gatsby’s death in the book is not much different than it was in the Movie.
In the Movie Gatsby he was in love with Daisy but she was not his girlfriend. Gatsby built a house and was planning a life with Daisy until he got called to war. Gatsby was also trying to get all the financials together before he was going to meet up Daisy again. When he came back from the war 5 years later, Daisy was already married to to Tom Buchanan.
Gatsby wanted to meet with Daisy to see if she was the same person. Nick ( Daisy’s cousin) made this happen. When he finally saw her, they couldn’t take their eyes off each other. Than Tom Buchanan confronted Gatsby about why he was looking at his wife. Gatsby stood up and said because she loves

A car is coming from the same direction as the Buchanan house. Myrtle thinks that it is Tom Buchanan because they were having an affair.
Daisy hits Myrtle killing her instantly. Daisy drives to Gatsby’s house. The next morning she tells Gatsby she will call him after she figures out what she is going to do about her relationship with Tom Gatsby goes for a swim, during the swim, Tom Wilson shows up and shoots him in the back, because he thinks it was him driving the car that killed his wife.

The Book tells not much of a different story: Gatsby had a relationship with Daisy before he left for the army, but when he comes back years later, he begins to build his financial empire. He has big plans to win back Daisy slowly. He makes friends with Nick his neighbor who is also cousins with Daisy. He has Nick throw a party and have Daisy and Tom over. At this party they meet for the first time in years. All the old feelings come back for both of them. Gatsby tells Nick about this and he continues to help Gatsby have secret meetings with Daisy. Nick where Daisy’s husband Tom picks up on what is going on. Tom, Nick and Jordan ,a golfer drive Gatsby’s car while Gatsby and Daisy drive Tom’s car into the city to party with Whiskey. 10) I believe that Nick is an honest person. He seems to have a guilty conscious which is more than others seems to have in the book or movie. Nick comes from a rough ,lonely life. He wants better things in life, but will not jeopardize his conscious to make it better.
Nick is Gatsby’s neighbor, he watches him throw parties all weekend long for week at a time and than Monday’s his servants clean up the mess. Nick goes from finally watching to becoming a participant. Gatsby invites Nick to his parties, but Nick has never met Gatsby. The understanding about Gatsby is that he is a perfect gentleman, he is gracious and kind hearted. He is also set apart from the guests both physically and mentally.
During these parties Nick gets to see a view of the lives of the well to do people. He he meets a golfer named Jordan. He hangs out with Jordan during all of these parties and begins to search for Gatsby to finally meet him. During this search, they find out great details of the wealthy and get a better understanding of Gatsby by seeing the details of his
