Moreover enhancing the need for designers to fall into the main stream fashion of image making resulting in the designer losing their identity in their artwork. This has been a recurring issue when I’m following a creative brief, I have to make sure that my concept is noticed first before the audience gets a chance to see the actual illustration or artwork highlighting the social aspects that design has on the audience, the key to successfully creating a concept within the artwork is to deconstruct the brief, this lead me to the ink blot test/ Rorschach test idea, which uses ink blots to find your personality traits. Which is why my design for my poster is the Rorschach test because it was used to analyse the perception of images within the human brain which is how deign works , we use images to subjectively show a concept to an audience , the style of the ink blots are very simple which is how designs are today which links to the overall idea that the aesthetics in this current design era are dimishing which is part of the reason a graphic designer would lose their soul.
And based around the idea that the area of aesthetics in design is said to be diminishing and is only now a fraction of the designers responsibility, the modern design era has now put a bigger emphasis on ethical, social and technological dimensions, which for a designer who would be thinking about the form, shape colour and the logical presentation, for example colour palettes and composition of information when assigned a brief in the past ,now has to focus on the ‘uncreative’ aspects of design like the concept and how others would convey and receive the
