Aerobic dance is a type of workout where a person moves their body along with the rhythm of the music. The movements require a lot of twisting, turning and bouncing motions depending on the discipline of the dance that is being performed. It is a series of movements done by following the music. Depending on the tempo of the music, an aerobic dance’s intensity can dramatically change from low into high in mere seconds, Raju (2014).

Hottenrott, Ludyga, and Schulze (2012) stated that time plays an important role especially in the quality of long slow distance training as too short of a time and the effectiveness of the training cannot be enjoyed by the person performing it. In the year 2012, (Hottenrott et al.) discovered that long slow distance can improve aerobic power as well resulting in increased cardiovascular fitness. Besides that, Moxnes and Hausken (2012) concluded that LSD increases stroke volume of smokers after weeks of treatment. It also helps increase the quality of cardiovascular system as the pace of the training helps the system to adapt to the situation and perform more efficiently, (Hottenrott et al., 2012). Moreover, long slow distance training has also resulted in the improvement of CVF level of a person as it not only improves endurance, but also improves cardiovascular fitness as a
