Altogether, utilizing social media to fuse the aspects of professional and personal lives shouldn’t happen. The popularity of social media has evolved over the years and has many platforms of communication. There are social media sites developed purely for the purpose of networking and building business relationships. On the other hand, there are social media sites developed for personal outlets. As a result of the growth of social media, people have merged their personal lives and professional lives through their personal social media outlets. Consequently, employers have resulted to administering various measures of discipline to many those who have violated their policies through social media.
