It has always been argued that, without a formal education, and college degree an individual will not be able to get a qualifying job. They are usually informed that without an education they will be confined to working at low paying jobs, such as McDonalds, and other fast food restaurants that only pay the minimum wage, which is the lowest amount the state allows per hour. There is often times a struggle to live this way and is described as working, from paycheck to paycheck in order to make ends meet. Therefore, going the extra mile and getting a higher education will ensure that you will find a stable job, because employers will almost always choose an individual with a college degree over an individual with only a high school diploma.
