Stretch your body for some minutes in the morning. You can start with head-to-toe wiggling, but if you find out you are not able to wiggle the whole of your body, try to move the parts that you can. Do this with a couple of holding up the sky by reaching as high as you can with your both arms stretched and keep your hands flat. Hold the stretch for a count of at least 10, then let your head and arms hang down towards the floor.
Beginning your day with 10-15 minutes stretching is an amazing way to wake up your body, create focus in your mind and stimulates blood flow. Also, it helps in stretching away some stiffness you have gained before you wake up.
