To maintain and improve health, telehealth and medical information join forces to address and manage diabetes even when clients are at their homes. The approach is to provide a broad spectrum of methods to both clinicians and clients such as counseling, nurse call centers, nutritional support thru videoconferencing, educational websites, and devices like digital glucometers.
