I proposed myself to drink seven glasses of water a day. It was easier because of of my determination to reach my long term goal. I am a very driven person and I used this to my advantage while conquering my obstacles. The main obstacle I faced this time was forgetting to drink water while eating. This was a big issue to overcome because I never got a glass of water before I started eating, I would always get it after I ate. This was an issue because I got full with my food and had consumed no water. I defeated this by grabbing my water bottle before I sat down to eat and I drank water while I was eating, which made me full quicker and made me drink more water.
