When in a year round school, students usually go to school for about 6-9 weeks then have a 2-4 week break.(scholastic.com) They actually have time to relax in the middle of the school year instead of giving up because of some stupid reason they will come up with. All of these frequent breaks prevents the students from growing impatient and tired of school and then as a result giving up because of lack of motivation. Plus with all the breaks they are getting they will have time to actually have a life and not be 100% absorbed in school. Students will be able to visit family, go on vacations, and even go to events such as football games (GO PATRIOTS).
