As stated on kids.britannica.com the three most important changes that led to the Revolution was that the invention of machines to act as tools that would help do work, the use of steam and other sources of energy, and the use of a factory system that began in this era. There was an increase in population with this Industrial Revolution coming in and started something called urbanization which led to a growing number of people moving to urban centers in search for employment and jobs. A big problem with this was that the machines would soon be replacing people's jobs which became very unbalanced at the time.
