According, to the National league of Nursing (NLN) the core value, responsibility, and quality are those initiative that foment the excellence culture in Nursing (NLN, 2016). The change in the compositional rise of the institution has particularity as the profile of students in higher education. This order is a challenge with the increment of students increase, standards for admission; great educational program and expand the academic program (Altbach et. all, 2011). However, the public University role as an examining body has grown for some reasons; this brings challenge on curriculum offers, faculty training, and partner of the institution.
