The fourth principle is to ensure job duties are divided equally among employees and management. In the past, job duties were completed by employees and management was not held accountable of complete or assists with job duties. The positive outcome of sharing the job responsibility among management and employees is that it is no disagreements and no strikes. Even though, this new scientific management approach has advantages, it also has its disadvantages. One of the disadvantages of the scientific management approach is employees and management adjusting to the new principles of scientific management.
