In today’s society, people achieve happiness through interaction with others, but in Ray Bradbury’s dystopian Novel, Fahrenheit 451, his characters believe that they need technology to enjoy their lives. The novel proves that technology causes people to repeatedly lose touch with humanity. People surround themselves in technology as a distraction from the real world. They convince themselves that they’re happy because that’s all they really want in life. Technology separates people and creates a border between them. It drives people further apart, causing their relationships to be destroyed. Information is kept hidden from all people, therefore they are not properly educated. With technology advancing throughout our world, we can only wonder what comes for our society in the
