On the other hand I can also agree that watching TV could educate and stimulate our children. It is powerful source for learning and inspiration. It alls comes around how the children are using the TV and what the parents are controlling. I think it´s very important that the parents limit the time and that they makes sure their children understand the difference between reality and unreality. Watching TV could be a great tool for family bounding and god reason to spend time together. It is certainly a relief for many parents to just put their children in front of the TV for a little while, to maybe get some peace and quietness. In my case, my parents were pretty strict on that I could watch or not I was a kid. Maybe that is the reason why I don´t watch much TV today. I remember many years ago when I was a kid how my and my family 's relationship to television was. For example, during the month of December every morning 7:15 am before school the whole family together watched the Christmas program, 24 episodes for kids. The program was educational and entertaining for the whole family . The show was only 20 minutes long so we did not keep watching another program like you very easily do.
