Introduction
The individual that was chosen for this assignment was Walter Elias Disney, the owner and creator of Walt Disney Studios, a giant empire of children-focused animated movies. He was selected mainly because the man was so well known to millions of people. There is not a person alive on Earth …show more content…
This character quickly became the public’s newest fascination, casting the former popular character, Felix the Cat, to the background.
While it has been difficult to determine what Walt’s philosophy actually is, it could be summed up in his famous quote: “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible”. This quote serves as a strong, inspirational platform for those who don’t believe they can do what they set out to achieve.
Walt wanted to create a world where he could tell incredible stories through animation and drawings, where no matter how bad things get, they would turn out alright in the end. These stories would involve magic and adventure, and nothing would be impossible, and much like life, nothing was impossible for Walt. To him, it was fun to prove everyone wrong, prove that it’s fun to do what others say you could

not. To succeed, his followers would need to believe in that one phrase. 8 words.
They needed to believe that the impossible is possible, and that persistance is key.
If Walt had given up after the failure of his businesses, he would not have created such an incredible magical world that still exists to this day.

”Walt succeeded because he was persistent and determined. He didn’t let rejection and criticism stop him. Walt was a finisher.”
Every step Disney took he encountered a problem, from strikes, to insufficient funds, to no sleep, to know one believing in your dream and believing in you. Walt pushed all that to the side and said “All of our dreams can come true, if you have the courage to pursue them”. He had courage.

They say Walt was a people person, he encouraged those that he worked alongside. Walt inspired many and created great partnership throughout his career.
