Warehouse is the most significant part in a company, because it is the lifeline of any company. A good warehouse is the base of the company’s success. The job of the employees in the warehouse includes the following responsibilities:
(1) They should master all kinds of products in the warehouse and make sure that all products in the warehouse are complete;
(2) They should arrange daily words in warehouse and supervise accounts to do their jobs well, including recording all goods which is received or sent out;
(3) Communicate with the department of manufacture about the situation of receiving goods. Enough employees should be prepared well to receiver goods;
(4) Check the record of receiving goods with the assistant of the manufacturing department,

Considering different nature of jobs, they can use different methods. For example, employees in the warehouse need to do some basic jobs at the company so recruiter should pay more attention to the quality and the education background of candidates. The basic requirement for employees in the warehouse is that they didn’t steal any things in the past. Or they have a good attitude to work. After the company hire these persons, the company should give related training activities for them so they can do the good job in their working positions. For other working positions with high requirements, recruiter should test their professional knowledge in-depth. In addition, the company should try to hire them for a short time and set probation within 3 months so that the company can know the ability of these people. The salary of employees is decided by many factors, such as the value of their work, their working time, the quality of their work and experience, so the recruiter should design a system to deal with the problem and carry out related solutions. However, the president should understand that salary of employees should support employees’ basic demand. In Hong Kong, the prices of things are more expensive than those in other countries or areas.
