Slow Learners vs Fast Learners
One thing I also want to get out of the way is the belief that everyone learns at the same speed. This is not true.
Everyone learns at his or her own pace. I have divided the principles of the Intermittent Fasting models up into tiny habits, but this doesn’t mean that you can’t implement an Intermittent Fasting model faster than I did. In fact, I know lots of people who have done it much faster. How- ever, those people are fast learners. They are able to implement and learn things extremely quickly. I know that
I am not one of those people, so that is why I showed you the slowest way to actually implement Intermittent Fast- ing. If you know for sure that you can do it faster than that, be my guest… but if you know that you are someone who tends to slack off on things, please do it the slow way. The process will be longer, but you will be able to sustain it! Note: If you catch yourself failing time after time, while doing everything that I said, choose to divide the habits up into even smaller ones. Don’t be discour- aged if you are a slow learner.
