In this chapter, the algorithm of the physical biofeedback action of the wearable adaptive biofeedback (WAB) framework will be discussed as displayed in Figure ef{fig:chapter5:overview}. Section 5.2 describes the compression therapy (CT) that has been chosen as the controllable parameter by the feedback action module with the reason why it has been chosen. Section 5.3 presents the background theories of control algorithms that can be used for the feedback action controller. Section 5.4 discusses how to combine human activity recognition (HAR) and this control algorithm for the situation specific feedback action, and proposes the novel artificial intelligent (AI) algorithm for the WAB framework.
