The eighth one is insourcing. Insourcing is when companies’ employees will preform a service for another company. The other company will know and the two companies are working together. This can be beneficial in the industry. One example that Friedman uses was UPS. UPS will repair Toshiba Computers, but with Toshiba allowing the service to happen. The service is done through UPS, at the store and with their employees. The next flattener was informing. When people began using the internet this meant that files, document and loads of information were uploaded. Hence, informing other people. Search engines were created.
