Journal Entry 2 This animal is critically endangered in the wild. A lot of axolotls are kept as pets or experiments in labs because of their unique feature. The feature that makes the axolotl unique is their ability to regenerate almost any part of their body. Axolotls take it to the next level, unlike us, we can only regenerate some parts of our skin.
